My husband and I tried the new Calvo last night! It's wonderful! I forgot to take photos of our salad and entrees - they were beautiful and delicious! We shared the house salad - delicious! Then, I had the shrimps and my husband had the pork ribs, both so good! Here's a photo of my dessert - cookie with ice cream and chocolate sauce, My husband had the tarte de manzana con vanilla helado! Both were muy rico!

I have the vegetarian hamburger and it was very good! Excellent service and the vibe was very relaxing and friendly. The onion rings are to die for!

José is a great host with a nice menu offering tapas, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, steak, paella, desserts and more!This time we went for a delicious paella dinner! Wow!

Delicious burgers and sandwiches on Cuenca's west side on Las Americas just south of Ordoñez Lasso. The owner is from Spain and is charming and engaging to his customers, and obviously takes pride in his food. The burgers, sandwiches and wraps coming out of the kitchen all looked delicious. We had the special of the day which was not on the regular menu - ox tail cooked for 7 hours, then combined with beef, topped with cheese, caramelized onion and arugula with a jelly glaze made from the ox tail. Will definitely go back and try everything on the menu.

First time here and it was excellent! I had their Nov. Special Rancher burger and there was not one bit left on the plate! Excellent crispy fries on the side also! My wife had the beef tenderloin sandwich and fries and she loved it also. Great service and personal attention from the owner/Manager (?). Will definitely return and we highly recommend this place!

Jose and his staff do a great job, burgers are always fresh and tasty and the fries are great. The new venue is warm and inviting. I am attaching a picture that does not show the fries.

Jose was a wonderful owner and delightful host.The dinner atmosphere was pleasant and inviting.We were handed menus in English with Spanish menus available also.This was a pleasant surprise.The server also made us feel very welcome and at home by speaking English with us, which facilitated ordering our meals.When our dinners were served, they appeared, hot, delicious, colorful, and very enticing.One bite of the succulent Beef Tenderloin and we were hooked.Oh my goodness!The succulent cut of the beef, the delicious flavor of the black peppercorn sauce, perfectly complimented the flavor of the steak and were cooked to perfection.The bright colors of the sautéedred, orange,red and green bell peppers still crisp but tender, the creaminess of the chauchas potatoes, all we could say was,Perfecto!Following the main course, we enjoyed cappuccinos, Chai latte.Accompanying postres, deserts of Crema Catalana with a hint of citrus zest and spices.The other desert was a decant chocolate cake, with a rich cocoa sauce, fruit compote, and a cherry on top.The perfect endings to perfect meals.The Spanish influences in the cooking were amazing.There are private rooms that are available if you have small gatherings, meetings, or parties.
